Ashley Wagner, born in Heidelberg on May 16, 1991. In her early teens, Ashley found herself hanging in with girls who were older, which impacted her self-esteem as she saw them appear more mature and according to her, prettier than she was. Ashley admitted to being "a hot mess" in her teenage years. Ashley's mom enrolled her in modelling classes in order to boost her confidence. Ashley began to consider becoming a model as a profession.
